We are growing the team(s) at Open Palaeontology! If you are interested in taking on roles relating to the Communications, EDI, or Editorial teams, please contact us.

We would also like to hear from people who are interested in being potential reviewers Open Palaeontology. If that's you, please fill out this Google Form. Please note that information submitted through this form is accessible to Open Palaeontology Steering Committee and Editorial Team members. If you want to be removed from the list for any reason, please contact us

The Editorial team comprises Managing Editors who manage the work load of the Handling Editors who are responsible for taking manuscripts through the submission, review, and acceptance/rejection process. We are particularly interested in bringing on new Handling Editors from outside Europe and North America.

The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion team works across Open Palaeontology's teams, including with the Steering Committee, to make sure that our policies and working practices adhere to developing best practice. The EDI team can also develop initiatives across the journal to improve our accessibility.

The Communications team works to promote both Open Palaeontology and the work that we publish. This includes developing a communications strategy and growing our presence online and in the palaeontology community.
